Our in house Gelato chef has trained at the prestigious gelato university in Bologna, Italy. We believe in making our gelato the traditional way, by hand and in small batches. We pride ourselves on using the finest quality ingredients along with the freshest dairy produce. Each one of our gourmet flavours has been specially created by our in-house master gelaterie, which means each flavour is balance perfectly in both flavour and structure. We like to offer the typical Italian favorites such a Aarena cherry, Piemonte hazelnut and fleur de latte. But, being Groovy Moo we like to be creative and imaginative when making our bespoke recipes. Adding flavour ripples and inclusions when we can. A couple of examples of our bestsellers are ‘Jammy Dodger’ & ‘Bakewell Tart’. But the proof is in the taste! We get a lot of “I have eaten gelato all around the world but have never tasted anything as good as this” And that to us is job done.
